C.H. Davis Landscape Leads For Nadeau’s – Antiques And The Arts Weekly

WINDSOR, CONN. — Nadeau’s Auction Gallery presented its 535-lot Contemporary and Antique Furnishings, Fine Art and Decorative Accessories sale on November 18. Several pieces of high-selling artwork crossed the block on the day, but one particular oil on board by Charles Harold Davis (American, 1856-1933) easily took first position, selling for $7,995, including buyer’s premium and far above its $300/500 estimate.
