WorthPoint Corporation provides information and tools for valuing, identifying, and researching antiques, collectibles, and art. We offer a comprehensive online database with millions of auction results and reference materials to help collectors, sellers, and buyers determine the value and historical context of their antiques and collectibles.
Our primary services include:
- Price Guide: The world’s largest online database, giving subscribers access to more than 840 million historical prices and 2 billion images from auction houses, eBay, and other marketplaces worldwide. The database allows users to track trends and estimate the value of items.
- Marks: A database of over 260,000 entries designed to help identify maker’s marks, autographs, and patterns that are commonly found on antiques and collectibles.
- Library: A digital collection of over 18,000 reference books and resources for research on various categories of collectibles and antiques.
In addition to our primary services, we have an online Dictionary that includes over 8,700 articles that provide a quick reference guide to the collectibles market. We also maintain the WorthPoint Blog, featuring over 6,700 articles written by industry experts on antiques and collectibles.
We have recently added the WorthPoint Vault to our suite of products. As a subscriber, you will have full access to our virtual Vault, which helps collectors, genealogists, resellers, and homeowners conveniently organize precious objects and valuables and even track how values grow over time. We are continuing to add features to our Vault and look forward to our broad launch scheduled for early next year.
At WorthPoint, we want our customers to be informed so that they can buy and sell with confidence. By providing a steady stream of new data and quality information, we help improve pricing transparency between buyers and sellers. WorthPoint’s extensive historical pricing data helps sellers realize better prices, and buyers gain confidence that they are paying fair prices.
Every second, three people conduct searches on WorthPoint to value their collectibles. Whether they find antique glassware in their parents’ attics or they decide to monetize a well-loved collection, they have one thing in common: WorthPoint helps them discover their hidden wealth.
