The Midlands is set to host a celebration of art, design, and antiques as the Midlands Art, Design and Antiques Fair (MADA) makes its debut at the prestigious National Exhibition Centre (NEC) from April 5 to 7, 2024.
The organisers say that the three-day event promises to be a haven for collectors, art enthusiasts, and interior designers, offering a unique opportunity to explore the finest of Britain’s art and antiques scene.
The all-new Midlands Art Design and Antiques Fair (MADA) launches with a host of antiques and art dealers, creatives, and collectors coming together to showcase a wealth of extraordinary items, from furniture to rare watches.
MADA will partnership with LAPADA (The Association of Art & Antiques Dealers) in a collaboration that the Fair says will ensure that MADA maintains the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
The Fair will feature over 100 exhibitors, including Andrew Muir, Eastdale Antiques, W.R. Harvey & Co, Plaza Jewellery and Academy Fine Paintings. Showcasing an array of items, including jewellery, furniture, carpets, fine art, tapestries and much more. Acting as a bridge between the past and present, and the old and new, MADA exhibitors will showcase cultural history, and the unique stories behind each art and antique piece.
Attendees will have the chance to immerse themselves in an array of artistic styles and historical eras, from classic to contemporary, with a focus on British craftsmanship and creativity. One of the highlights of MADA is the opportunity for collectors to purchase rare and exceptional pieces that reflect the legacy of British art and design.

At the heart of the Fair will be four room sets for visitors to explore and gain inspiration from leading interior designers. Offering a captivating display, these rooms will show how antique and contemporary elements can seamlessly blend to create stunning interior spaces. It’s an opportunity to learn from the experts and explore innovative ideas on how to mix and match the old with the new to achieve timeless and harmonious design.
